We safegaurd this information with password protected access of Ethos Advisory Services files and databases. All paper archives are kept in a secure area.

A copy of the Ethos Advisory Services Abbreviated Privacy Statement is provided to all new "customers" or clients and is updated and submitted to all "customers" or clients annually during the month of July.
